My dear empowered Marians,

Every human being born into this world has a role to play predestined by the Creator. One should identify this role with clarity in order to find the purpose of one's existence. As our college rolls ahead with embedded values of love, justice, peace, goodness and compassion, we continue to advance to a new height of excellence with integrity as its parameter. An integrated person is committed to a cause beyond one's self. For an organisation to flourish, it's members should make efforts to grow in integrity, developing a culture of open mindedness, trust, truthfulness , sincerity, hard work and genuine acceptance of one another beyond all differences.

Integrity is crucial in fostering a holistic approach to learning in a college. It builds trust between students and educators, encourages open dialogue, and promotes academic honesty, all of which are essential for integrated learning experiences. When students uphold integrity, they engage more deeply with the task given, collaborate effectively, and develop critical thinking skills that extend beyond the classroom.

As empowered women of integrity, we should understand our strengths and weaknesses, acknowledge our true feelings, and be truthful to ourselves about our goals and aspirations.

A woman of integrity should confidently stand by her principles and values, even at difficult times. This includes making decisions that align with her moral and ethical beliefs. She is a role model to others. Her behavior encourages other women and men to act with integrity as well.

She treats everyone with respect and fairness, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment. In her career, she upholds high standards of professionalism, which helps build trust and credibility. She remains true to herself, withstanding the temptation to compromise her identity or values to fit into the expectations of society or professional demands. She shows empathy towards others and supports those around her, understanding the importance of community and solidarity in empowerment.

By embodying these characteristics of integrity, an empowered Marian not only strengthens her own position but also contributes to the empowerment and upliftment of others around her. Thus , let the light of integrity shine in us fostering all the above virtues and qualities to act as God's power to liberate the world and bring about the kingdom of love, equality, peace and justice.
