Counseling forum is designed to help all students to develop and enhance their academic, social, economic and personal strengths in order to become responsible and positive citizens.

Activities Undertaken:
Entry Counseling - Counseling for all the first year UG and PG students for accepting and adjusting to the new environment positively.
Exit Counseling – Counseling for all the final year UG and PG students to face their life challenges in a healthy way
Group Counseling – Counseling for students expressing difficulties in dealing with relationships, personal concerns or normal developmental task.
Sports Counseling – Given to sports students for overcoming mental barriers and to increase confidence. Motivation is given before and after every match to handle their emotional barriers with positive and sportive attitude.
Individual Counseling – Help the student to uncover their own insight and understanding their self.
Personal Counseling – The space and freedom is given to the student to explore their thoughts with an unbiased party.
Crisis Counseling – Counseling, comfort and support are provided to students and families facing traumatic situations.
Referrals – Counsellors use referral sources to address concerns such as suicidal idea's , violence, abuse, depression, anxiety and family difficulties etc.
Therapy – Therapies like VKD, SWISH are adopted according to the need of the student.
Program and operations – Includes planning and management tasks needed to support the students mental barriers.
Data Analysis - Counsellors analyse students achievement and Counseling program – related data to evaluate the Counseling program, to conduct research on activity outcomes and to discover gaps that exist among different groups of students that need to be addressed.
Professional Development – Counsellors will involve regularly in updating, participating and sharing their professional knowledge and skills.
