The Department of Human Resource Management in collaboration with Institution’s Innovation Council conducted a webinar on ‘Entrepreneurship Development Phases’ on 21.12.2020 at 2.30 p.m. through Google meet.

The Webinar commenced with the Prayer song, followed by the welcome address. The Speaker of the session Mr. Danush Mathan B. Tech, M.B.A, Director of Kavins Techno pack Pvt.Ltd. shared his innovative ideas on Entrepreneurship Development Phases.

 Some of the key highlights were the phases as to Identify the problem, coming up with various solutions to a problem, Creating Innovative ideas and  Building Solution to a product or service.

Solution comprises of the following steps, as to address mass crowd, to be financially feasible, to be operationally feasible and technologically feasible. He also said that the entrepreneurs should have excessive knowledge and skills, they should be self-motivated and very innovative. Innovation in entrepreneurship means creating new products and technology etc. He concluded his talk by revisiting the concepts again by stating that the entrepreneurship development phases start with a problem and it ends with a product.

The feedback session was conducted, followed by the vote of thanks. The meeting came to an end with college anthem.
