Department of Commerce (SSC)
The Department of Commerce (SSC) made a modest beginning in June 2002 with two teaching faculty and with Thirteen Seven students. By the academic year 2004-05 the department became full-fledged with four teaching faculty and one part time lawyer with the student strength of 100 plus. With relevant changes, Department of Commerce was modified as Department of Commerce (Corporate) in 2009 and to meet the emerging employment scenario Commerce (Computer Application) was started in the year 2014 and Commerce (General) in 2015. With committed and initiatives of the faculty in the department, with the students centred approach and with the family spirit prevailing in the department it enables each student in B.Com (SSC) to achieve the Marian culture. The students are given sufficient opportunities to actively associate with all activities of the department.
