Complaint Mechanism

  • The institution has the transparent mechanism for timely redressal of student grievances. The Grievance Redressal Committee functions to look into the grievances lodged by any student. The Principal is the Chairperson of the Committee. The Vice Principals of various disciplines and the Counselors are the other members of the cell. Students are given the opportunity to approach the Committee to voice their grievances regarding academic matters, health and hygiene issues, library and other utility services. Any form of discontent or dissatisfaction on the part of the students is escalated to the Committee. The Grievance Redressal Committee propagates zero tolerance to ragging and harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may express the same through Grievance Boxes placed near the Students’ Office. The Committee redresses grievances promptly.
  • The institution offers a conducive ambience to both the students and the staff members. A positive work culture with in-built goodwill and mutual understanding between the management, staff and the students is an added merit of the institution. The institution organizes awareness programmes on anti-sexual harassment and ragging.
