Since 2015, our college's Counselling Forum has been dedicated to supporting students' mental health and personal growth. Led by professional, full-time counsellors, the forum provides comprehensive services to help students manage academic, personal, and career related challenges.
Counselling at our college is a collaborative process where counsellors work closely with students to set goals, address emotional challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen self esteem. Through safe and confidential sessions, students gain a deeper understanding of themselves, make confident decisions, and acquire skills that prepare them for life beyond college.
The forum’s commitment to student well-being has also inspired the establishment of the Psychology Department at the academic year of 2017, further enhancing our college's focus on mental health and holistic growth.
Our counsellors use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each student's needs, promoting resilience, self-awareness, and positive mental health.
Through counselling, students are empowered to recognize their strengths, sharpen their interests, and explore career possibilities—all with the guidance of qualified professionals dedicated to their success.
