Department of Psychology (SSC)
The Department of Psychology has been started in the academic year 2017 – 2018 as a self supporting course. It has been the first of its kind in Thoothukudi District to offer a regular Psychology course for the young women in and around Thoothukudi. It has been aptly started in the calendar year of “JOY”, to offer inner liberation and develop immense self esteem and happiness in the minds of the young women. The department is self-sufficient in its own way with a collection of fine books and a well-equipped lab that will make the study very meaningful and effective for the students along with efficient well qualified faculty.

organizing various community development programmes.
